Copyright complaints & takedown

Shop owners on DTime publish text and pictures on their landing pages. If you believe your copyrighted work is used there without permission, tell us with the form below. We review every notice promptly and act on valid ones.

What a notice must contain

  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The exact link of the content (e.g. dtime.bd/p/...)
  • Your name and email
  • A good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you own the right or are authorised to act for the owner
  • Your signature (full name)

What we do

On a valid notice we take the page offline and tell the shop owner, who may send a counter-notice. An account that collects 3 strikes is suspended (repeat-infringer policy).
